Membership Levels

As of December 2025, the homes in North River Crossing will now be a part of a mandatory homeowners association consisting of two types of membership levels, Fair Share and Full Swim/Tennis. Homes that do not comply with the formation of the HOA may face an initiation fee should they wish to join at a later date.

FAIR SHARE MEMBERSHIPS
Homes that opted into the Fair Share Membership are considered members of the HOA for the reduced rate of $355 per year. Homes that are currently registered as Fair Share members will automatically convert to Full Swim/Tennis members with the sale or transfer of the home.

The following is included in the Fair Share Membership:

Maintaining both with annual and perennial plantings, electrical lighting, irrigation systems, holiday decorations, and signage.
Mowing, blowing and edging entrances and rights of way along Peachtree Corners Circle.
Communicating the latest news and events through our North River Crossing website, and Facebook page.
Organizing holiday parties and other social events and activities throughout the year to help you get to know your neighbors and make new friends.
Coordinating and delivering welcome baskets to new residents.
Representing North River Crossing in civic affairs including representation in the UPCCA.

Fair Share Membership dues are due each year by February 1.

SWIM & TENNIS MEMBERSHIPS

Homes that opted to join as Full/Swim and Tennis members will have all of the amenities included with the Fair Share Membership, as well as access to our pool and tennis courts. Our current rate for the Full/Swim Tennis Membership is $950 a year. Once a home establishes the Full Swim/Tennis membership, the home shall maintain that membership status continuously, including after the sale or transfer of the home.

Swim/Tennis dues will be billed into installments. The first installment of $355 will be due annually on Feb. 1, with the remaining balance of $595 will be due annually by May 1.
